Before could I erase the memories

Of the unprecedented times, 

It showed up again. 

This time,

 Even more freakin' fierce,

Intolerably intense, 

Stronger and deeper. 

Before could I realise the propensity of it, 

Ruthless comeback with multiple variants, 

Had hit hard the Mutiple millions. 

Had devastated the State. 

State of being. 

State of well being, 

physically, mentally. 

Before could I accept, 

Even lack of pure oxygen, 

Would make the country ruin. 

Ruit to the roots.

There were desperate deaths. 

A mass massacre. 

One loses his first love, 

Who loved unconditionally even before he was born. 

One misses her superhero, 

Who cared like no one, 

made her feel like a princess. 

Every other one of us, 

Suffered the loss of closest. 

Deprived of the essentials.

Lost the love on the life.

Despair is in the air. 

But let's not become the victims in the game of survival of the fittest. 

Let us help others come out of this trauma. 

Let them speak up. 

Let them open up.

Let them burst out. 

Be a shoulder to cry on. 

Never let them face the worst alone. 

Lend your hand and tell them 

WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER now, 

And we'll make it through somehow.
